18. Product information
18.1 Very minor variations in size may occur in handmade products (cushions and lampshades).
Fabric
18.2 Whilst I take all reasonable care to ensure consistency, it is normal for natural textiles to vary slightly in colour, texture and weave between batches and feature the occasional slub. Minor variations in colour may also occur as part of the printing process. If your project involves coordinating fabric across multiple items I recommend you order all your required fabric at once.
18.3 Once I have cut your fabric to order I cannot accept returns, therefore I strongly recommend you request samples prior to purchasing.
18.4 Fabrics printed to order are non-returnable, unless faulty.
Wallpaper
18.5 Whilst I take all reasonable care to ensure colour consistency, minor variations between batches may occur as part of the printing process. Therefore please calculate your required number of rolls carefully and order them at the same time.
18.6 Wallpaper printed to order is non-returnable, unless faulty.

Lampshades
18.13 Depending on available fabric stock, the exact position of the print may differ slightly between lampshades and from the image shown, and seams may not join up exactly.

19.1 Please read the care instructions accompanying your products.
Fabrics
19.2 I recommend that my furnishing and upholstery fabrics be dry cleaned only.

18.7 I can’t accept a claim for damaged or faulty wallpaper in excess of one roll where the damage or fault was visible prior to hanging, nor any associated costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
18.8 My Wallpaper Installation Guidelines provide information on measuring and installing paste-the-wall wallpaper.
Samples
18.9 Printed colours may appear slightly different to those on your monitor. I strongly recommend you order a sample or contact me regarding colour, weight, look and feel.
18.10 Free delivery is applied to all sample orders within the UK (3-5 business days).
18.11 Samples are non-refundable.
Cushions
18.12 Feather inners are heavy and can be costly to ship internationally. Customs regulations in several countries also prevent their entry. I therefore only ship cushion covers outside the UK.
Lampshades
18.13 Depending on available fabric stock, the exact position of the print may differ slightly between lampshades and from the image shown, and seams may not join up exactly.
19. Product care and safety
19.1 Please read the care instructions accompanying your products.
Fabrics
19.2 I recommend that my furnishing and upholstery fabrics be dry cleaned only.
19.3 It is normal for fabric to fade after prolonged exposure to strong sunlight, carbon monoxide or fabric treatments. If you are using my fabric for window furnishings I recommend appropriate lining be used.
19.4 My designs can be printed on any fabric. Should you require fire retardant fabric for commercial use I am happy to work with you in this regard.
Cushions
19.5 The feather inners to my cushions are manufactured by a third party and comply with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) Safety Regulations 1988.
Lampshades
19.6 I currently supply lampshades only. It is your responsibility to comply with the instructions and safety guidelines accompanying lamps and electrical fittings supplied by third parties.
19.7 My fabric lampshades are handmade using a flame retardant PVC backing which conforms to the British Standard for Luminaires BS EN 60598-1:2015 and has passed the Lighting Association Laboratories’ glow wire test.
19.8 My lampshade frames accommodate both 25mm UK fittings (bayonet cap B22) and 40mm European fittings (Edison Screw E27) by way of a converter plug.
