Refund policy
We hope you will be happy with your Wild Lone products! To avoid disappointment or returns, please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries or request a swatch to help you make decisions about colour, look and feel. However, should you be unhappy for any reason we will help you as much as we can.
30-day return policy
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unmodified in any way, with tags (where applicable) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email info@wildlone.com, including your name, order number and photos of the item. We'll then provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless otherwise arranged), however if on inspection your items is confirmed faulty, you will be reimbursed reasonable postage costs. If your items are confirmed to be not faulty we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We cannot be liable for items lost or damaged in transit, therefore you must take reasonable care to protect the condition of your item. Please return the item in its original packaging, together with your name and order number. We recommend using a tracked or signed for service, whereby you obtain proof of postage, particularly when you are returning precious items.
Please make sure your items are suitable for your purposes prior to ordering. It is your responsibility to calculate any required length of fabric and other relevant details, including repeat dimensions and weight. We recommend you make use of our sample service and we’re more than happy to help if you email info@wildlone.com.
Returnable items
Wallpaper: wallpaper is returnable if you change your mind and the roll packaging is in tact. We cannot accept a claim for damaged or faulty wallpaper in excess of one roll where the damage or fault was visible prior to hanging, nor any associated costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cushions: cushions are returnable if the fabric has not been modified in any way (such as washing or treating) and the sewn label has not been removed.
Non-returnable items
Fabric: fabric is printed-to-order and therefore non-returnable, unless faulty. We strongly recommend you request samples prior to purchasing.
It's normal for fabric to fade after prolonged exposure to strong sunlight, carbon monoxide or fabric treatments affect its colour fastness. We cannot be liable for any such changes upon your usage of the fabric. If you are using our fabric for window furnishings we recommend appropriate lining be used.
Lampshades: as lampshades are made-to-order they are non-returnable, unless faulty.
Bespoke products and sale items are non-refundable, unless faulty.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange your product is to return the item you have, then once the return is accepted and your item refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchanged items are dispatched within 7 business days if in stock. If your requested item is not in stock you will be offered a refund, an alternative item or a revised delivery time.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, then let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
