Delivery
Items are dispatched within 1-3 business days. During busy periods this may change and we will make sure this is clearly indicated prior to checkout. Printed and made-to-order products are subject to the following lead-times (in normal periods):
Wallpaper: We keep stock of our wallpaper, however in the event we do not have enough stock to fulfil your order, please allow 3-5 weeks from order date to delivery. We'll keep you up to date as your order progresses.
You will receive a confirmation email when your products are dispatched, including parcel tracking details if applicable.
Wallpaper and cushions are shipped using a tracked, 24-hour courier service (typical DHL or DPD). Fabric and lampshades are shipped using Royal Mail tracked/signed for services. For all items you will need to be home to accept the delivery, or alternatively update your delivery preferences when you receive notification from the the courier or Royal Mail.
Items shipping internationally may take up to 10 working days. Your confirmation email will provide an estimated delivery date.
Samples are shipped free of charge within the UK mainland, via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Delivery can take 2-5 working days and proof of postage is obtained. Samples are shipped internationally via Royal Mail International Standard service. Please note this service is not tracked.
Delivery times stated on this website are estimates and not guaranteed. We cannot be liable for delivery delays caused by couriers or Royal Mail.
Orders of more than one item may be split into two deliveries, depending on product availability and lead times. We will advise you on delivery times should this occur.
Accepting deliveries
Please advise the delivery driver immediately should any item be missing or appear damaged in transit. If you choose to accept delivery we recommend you write “missing item” or “damaged” next to your signature on the delivery record. If checking isn’t possible then write “unchecked”. In these circumstances please notify us within 2 business days so we may arrange a replacement. We may request photos of the damaged items or packaging. Any claim for non-receipt of items must be made by email within 14 business days from the confirmed delivery date.
